Any dispute relating or in connection with these Terms of Use and/or the Website, will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French speaking courts of Brussels, Belgium, without prejudice to Article 624, 1°, 2° and 4° of the Belgian Judicial Code and Regulation (EU) No. 1215/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 December 2012 on jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgments in civil and commercial matters.
